KASHANA "KWEEN KASH" SARVIS
A true force in the creative world, Kween Kash is a Brooklyn-Born native who embodies the spirit of a modern Renaissance woman. As a first-generation Caribbean-American, she masterfully celebrates duality in her work, channeling her passion for culture and entrepreneurship into dynamic platforms for education, empowerment, and entertainment. Her multifaceted career spans the arts: she is a compelling performer who has shared stages with Hip Hop pioneers, an accomplished actress both in front of and behind the lens, and an innovative director, writer, producer, documentarian, and filmmaker. Beyond the screen, Kween Kash is an event hostess, author and prolific songwriter with numerous published works, a visual artist whose creations are admired and acquired worldwide, and a DJ with diverse musical knowledge. She is, simply put, a naturally gifted creative powerhouse.

Kween Kash made her acting debut in college with a theater ensemble. Ever since, she’s taken to stages & screens leaving her mark, embodying each role she takes on. Kash has directed independent short films, a documentary and is currently behind and in front of the camera for her web series, Homegirl TV Show.
Ever since her revered poetry performance at age five, Kween Kash has been known for stealing the show. Decades later, her charismatic stage presence and crowd admiration still stand. From performing original rap songs at age nine for family and friends to her multimedia one-woman show experience, Maternity Leave, the Maven of the Arts, Kween Kash, is sure to leave an impression.

Kween Kash observed the art of DJing at a young age by watching her brother on his turntables. Learning the techniques of blending, mixing, and selecting, she used these skills to cultivate a DJ career that pleased clients who embrace her motto, "Make the music the memory."
As an emcee, Kween Kash has recorded and released music, shot music videos, and performed on stages with hip hop pioneers. From hosting TV and talent shows to penning songs for other artists, Kween Kash is embraced by fans and industry peers.
K. Kween Kash Sarvis has been a published author since grade school, winning city-wide competitions for her poetry and short stories. Her latest literary work can be found in Giving Grace Vol. 1, an Amazon best-seller and co-authored book series about the journey of motherhood. Kween also has a children's book collection, The Sarvis Boys present... Inspired by the adventures of her three sons. In true Kween Kash fashion, the books read like lyrics, as they are written in rhyme.

Kween Kash is a proud and hard-working full-time multimedia creative who is living out her wildest dreams. Through her independence, dedication, and range of talents, she has been afforded several opportunities to thrive and do the things she loves most. This “mom-treprenuer” has no qualms about spreading the importance, joy and impact of the creative arts to all ages, in classrooms and communities all over.
In grade school, Kween Kash would draw themed murals on the chalkboards for teachers who recognized her talent for sketching. She’s always admired portraiture, street art, mixed media, collage, and pop art, and uses these elements as influences for her work. Nowadays, Kash’s art can be found in homes, businesses, and on apparel for her clothing brand, AKween, with pieces available on Etsy at ShopAKween.
