Kween Kash began her acting career in college with a local theater group while in college. In 2005, she starred in an off-broadway production of ”The Diva and The Rapper” - the story of a budding relationship between a mature, well-to-do singer and a young, know-it-all lyricist from New York City.

Kash starred in and co-directed her first short film, for MOTHER only in 2014. A piece about a mom coping with the abduction of her newborn. She followed up with self-tape, documentary about her own unpleasant pregnancy entitled, I’m NOT Glowing in 2017.

In 2023, Kween Kash received the NYC Women's Fund for Media, Music & Theatre grant for her scripted series, Homegirl TV Show. A web-series based on a group of 1st generation Caribbean-American friends, available on Youtube in which she wrote, acted, produced and directed an ensemble cast. The independently produced Homegirl TV Show has been recognized and awarded in numerous film festivals and has completed its first full, 10 episode season, with Season due for release in the first quarter of 2026. 

In 2024, Kween produced "Stoop Dreams". A short film starring a cast of adolescent talent, depicts a coming of age story about friends whose daily routine revolves around spending time together, on the stoop. Best friends Rayshaw, “Man Man” and “Day-Day” go through the motions of being kids growing up in an urban, Brooklyn, New York neighborhood in the early 1990’s. Stoop Dreams was awarded “Best Trailer” at the 2025 KEM Film & Awards Festival in Atlanta, GA.
